Tomorrow’s Walk Through!!

I just got off of the phone with my mother in law. She is going to come with us tomorrow morning when we go on the “walk through” on our house. We close Friday, so the day before you do the walk through to see if there is anything awry. It will be fun to show her the house because she’s never seen it before–I’m just excited to see it again. Today when I was picking the boys up at the bus stop I sat in front of the house for about 20 minutes. I could see that most of the living room and dining room furniture was gone, but I also noticed that one of the shingles is missing on the family room window. I don’t know if it was ever there, but from the road it looked like there were tale tale signs that there used to be one there. Is this something you ask about during the walk through? I don’t even know where to buy shingles–and would it be smarter to just take the lone shingle down? Yep, I have no idea–we’ll have to ask the Realtor tomorrow.
